This article won’t tell you what GBs are best for you to build, you’ll want to check out the Comprehensive Guide to Great Buildings for that. You can usually do this fairly easily with some of the low-age GBs between an active Sticks to Bricks thread and then general FP swap threads, but the higher-age GBs get pretty expensive pretty fast, so having the ability to use locks from Power Arcs is really nice. Any GB worth keeping though, is worth taking to level 10. Some GBs end up being stepping-stones to other GBs, and therefore you want to level them as little as possible so you don’t waste resources. However collecting from both GB's before any supplies means the first 40 get a double boost and then the next 35 will get only the boost from the Royal Albert Hall. When it comes to having any Great Building in the game, you have to decide if it’s worth keeping. This means it is possible to collect the Lighthouse of Alexandria boost, then collect 40 supplies buildings, then collect the Royal Albert Hall boost and then collect 75 supplies buildings spreading both boosts separately across 115 supply collections. The first 10 collections would only be boosted by the Lighthouse, the next 20 would be boosted by both. The percent boosts depend on what level they both are at but at equal levels the boosts from the Royal Albert Hall are higher than the Lighthouse of Alexandria.Īs Pzkpfwv1d mentioned it depends on when you collect them (as this resets the boosts), so say you collected from your Lighthouse of Alexandria and then from 10 supplies buildings then your Royal Albert Hall and then collected another 20 supplies buildings. Actually Romang III had it the right way around, Lighthouse of Alexandria boosts 40, Royal Albert Hall boosts 75 (I have mixed sources telling me 70 or 75, not sure if one is outdated or if the other is wrong).
